Heather Branch Estates in Linden Park in Mt. Pleasant held their ribbon cutting on Monday, Oct. 15. The project was an effort of Mt. Pleasant residents Ryan Matheney and Tony Fedler, the City of Mt. Pleasant and the Mt. Pleasant Area Chamber Alliance. A $1 million Iowa Workforce Housing Loan enabled the project to move forward. Between the two buildings, there are 24 units.
